Hi I have made a database for a very basic helpdesk application using asprunnerpro. The CIO would like a report detailing how many tickets we get per office. I created a chart for him using the program. I uploaded it to the demo account and everything works great. But when I upload it to the intranet it returns an error where the chart should load. |

Ed, it's hard to tell what is wrong especially if it works on Demo Account. What web server do you use on Intranet?

Most probably IIS is not configured properly or some third party software installed on the web server that prevents charts from working. |

Hi ehenschel, Just wondering if you managed to resolved this? I'm experincing the same problem since moving to the latest release, but charts worked fine in version 50b. Thanks, Bryan

Bryan and Ed, please contact me directly at support@xlinesift.com. I'll need to see your generated applications and a screenshot of browser's window with this error message.
