Problem displaying chart on intranet

Hi I have made a database for a very basic helpdesk application using asprunnerpro. The CIO would like a report detailing how many tickets we get per office. I created a chart for him using the program. I uploaded it to the demo account and everything works great. But when I upload it to the intranet it returns an error where the chart should load.
The error:

XML loading failed:

Branch_Query_Chart_chartdata.asp?width=700&height=530
Seems as though it is having an issue with the size thrown at it in the asp. The funny thing is it is definately an issue on our intranet as when I view the source after parsing on the demo account, it looks exactly the same as the source on the intranet's parsed page. Only difference is the demo works.
Demo account:

http://demo.asprunner.net/ehenschel%5Fhome...Chart_chart.asp
Thanks for your help,

Ed

Ed,
it's hard to tell what is wrong especially if it works on Demo Account.
What web server do you use on Intranet?

I realize that. We run IIS. What is strange is that everything else works fine. It looks like it is having issues passing the size variable in the script.
Thanks though.

Most probably IIS is not configured properly or some third party software installed on the web server that prevents charts from working.

Hi ehenschel,
Just wondering if you managed to resolved this?
I'm experincing the same problem since moving to the latest release, but charts worked fine in version 50b.
Thanks,

Bryan

Hi Bryan,
No unfortunately I have not resolved it. Much to the CIO's dismay. We have a lot of different things running on our web server and no issues with any of them except this. It's strange. Please do let me know if you figure it out as will I if I do.

Will do.
I haven't changed anything on the IIS server and will maybe try to publish an older project to see what the results are.

Bryan

Putts_Chart_chartdata.asp?width=700&height=530

John,
fixed in build 308.
