I have a mysql database with 6 blob image fields in the record - all images display on add or amend record but when you save it the 6th image does not get saved in the database - I have checked this by adding a seventh image and also removing an image so I have 5 - the 5 images work Ok but not 6 or 7.

to add some more to this - if you exit the new/ammended record without a save the images are stored in the database and display OK - it is only if you save the recored that the images (in excess of 5) are removed ???????????????

i have found a workaround - if you add a text filed after the last image then all the images save ok - in my case i didn't want an ammendable text field so i added a read only field.
its a little flaky but it works ok.
