I have table with the follwoing columns:
Name

department

day1

day2

...

...

day15

notes1

notes2
what I would like to have is that same table willbe accessed by 2 different users, but each of the users depending on the login

will be able to see the follwoing:
user1

Name

department

day1

day2

notes1
user2

Name

department

day3

day4

...

...day15

notes2
I do not want user 2 to see data for day1,day2 and notes1 column and vice versa, user1 should not be able to see day3-to day15 and notes 2 information.
thank you

Well,

It sounds like you are already using logins, so how about creating a second view and using group security. You may need to create a table for users, include group security field so that you can group your users.

Hope that helps.

Chris.

PS. I use this group security and set it up so the end users don't even know they really have different views from everyone else, ie. same menu names.
