How to automaticaly insert new record when going to the customized pag

I would like to know how can i do in phprunner, to automaticaly add a new record with Joomla account_id of (joomla is a website already made software like phpnuke for ppl who still doesn't know) that means it connect to the database with recognizing as joomla account_id and then to the donate table and edit/add the custom field of the table (without letting the guyz knowing that it's in work for adding the new record that will be inserted in the donate table) like it insert new record (like an autocommand) to the specified account_id (the user is connected in joomla main site) then the page will redirect directly to the main page (so that the user would not redo .
