File.bin to file.tif

I put this in the wrong room before, but what I am trying to do is get my list page to list file.tif instead of having the file.bin. This should fix the problem are havinging when they try to view the image. Microsoft does not know what to do with a file.bin.

If just renaming the extension is not the correct path please let me know.
