how to connect to Mysql - urgent

Hi I am a bit of a novice,

But am having problems with connection parameters to Mysql, using Php, Xampp
If I click on "upload phprunner php"

Properties
I created a directory "/public_html/phprunner/Form"

FTP directory so I

upload pages to
/public_html/phprunner/Form
and therefore becomes
Remote web site url

http://interaustralia.com/phprunner/Form/

or is this ?

then return to Connect to Mysql menu
Connect using Php
