fulltext not being generated for reports

Hi,
In my report section, I have a description field which needs to be truncated at 400 characters. When I build my project, there is no _fulltext.asp page generated, so the javascript pops up with a dead link upon clicking "More ...". I've had no problems with this in other areas of my project. Is this a problem with reports or did I set up something wrong?
