blank username on copy page when logged in as admin

HI,

When logged in as admin, i have an order entry page, where I copy and existing order and modify fields. Since it is a copy, it shows the username of record I'm editing. But when saving, it is replaced with a blank. All other fields are fine.

Hi,
looks like you have Users can edit their own records mode set for this table.

Create a custom view for your table with Users can edit all records mode set.

Use User group permissions dialog to allow admin anly accessing this view.

Then admin should use this view to add records.
