Problem with html links in phprunner 4.0

I have two tables one which is used to do the google style auto complete on the other.

If I set display a field in the both tables as html with a prefix that open in a new table and display the field name as the link. One of the list pages that I use to get the auto completes from has every link while the other one has maybe 25% of the links active and the rest are just plain text. I both cases the html links are set up the same and the suffexes are the same as well.
Anyone have any suggestions?
