Problem in visual editor or missing component

i just installed demo version on a new PC. It has office 2000 on windows 2000.

In asprunner in visual editor screen I am not able to get hyperlinks or properties on field names.

Seems like there are lot of options on top of screen and on left hand of screen i guess to format the html page or to change fonts, all are disabled. None of the of the options or i guess bottons are working all are coming in grayscale, only option working on top is RESET this Page or Reset all pages , rest all buttons are coming in grey and none is working, do u think i m missing some visual editor component if so pls let me know which one ?
