CHECK BOX

Hi
I would like have multiple check boxes on my ADD/EDIT page and based on user input I take their values and insert it into one field, for example -
my table cars has OPTIONS field which has comma limited values such as

• power steering, power brakes, power door locks so I would have 3 check boxes and based on user selection I insert the appropriate value into this one field.
  It is multiple check boxes is to one column mapping am looking for?
