datepicker icon shows half page

Hi,

When using date picker in a form a new window pops up supposidly displaying weekly/monthly calender, but in my case when clicked on date picker icon , New window opens up and then there is no calender. only on top M T W T F S S and then there is nothing in the whole window.

Seems like i am missing some component for datepicker ?
Second problem -- When clicked on a hyperlink created for Memo field which is link More... a new window pops up but there is nothing in the window, what happened to the more text of the memo field ?
