I was wondering if PHPRunner has a import function so user can import large amounts of data into their tables once the wesite is created.

Or if you know of a php add-on that can easily work with phprunner to provide this functionality.
Example:

In addition to the export function on the "List Page" if you can add an import function as well.

Thank you,

Uwe,
let me lose some words here, I had been monitoring the XLINESOFT development since very long time, to say, PHPrunner 1.0 and up and now with the 4.0 version, I think, we can see a true and very innovative development over the years, with tons more features, yet this very pleasing masterpiece of software is at home in "code generation" rather than "data import" and I think, Sergey´s team should remain there in order not to lose sight ...
We all know about the plenty of formats being available for wished import ideas, there are some workarounds and code snippets out there, say e.g. on CSV import, but any "pump up" of the 4.0 version on other than "code generation" would bear the risk that the product itself might suffer of "too many blossoms" which are quickly losing freshness and up-to-date status.
A possible and recommendable way out as for the moment could be the adaption of tools like e.g.:
http://www.sqlmanager.net/de/products/mysql/dataimport/buy
where a non-commercial single user license starts from 47 Euros...
It is my understanding that it would be a herculean task for Sergey´s team to put the whole range of various import files into PHPR´s GUI and into a proper shape of same, not talking about the work to keep such features up-to-date on any new import files, e.g. Excel 2007.
