Upload issues.

I seem to have lost the js functionality on my edit and add forms.

Chris,
tell me the build number of PHPRunner you use.

It's displayed in the program window title bar.
Please zip and send to support@xlinesoft.com a whole contents of PHPRunner project directory along with your database creation script.

I'll find what's wrong there running your project on my test box.
