Can not connect to database

In step to i am able to upload phprunner.php sucessfully and after that show schame is sucessfull done but bellow that i am unable to connect database where i am getting msg: CAN NOT CONNECT TO DATABASE
TRY TO OPEN YOUR CONNECTION SCRIPT IN BROWSER
Please guide what shall i do?
