show latest add/edit item first

Is it possible to change to show the latest add/edit update first on top of the list page by latest date or by auto inceremented id?
for example:

No.2

No.1
instead of

No1.

no2.

or by lastest entry date.

In step 4, use the box near the bottom titled ORDER BY on the list page, select the field you want it ordered by and whether it is ascending or descending.
