File link in list view

Hi.
Is there any way to link to the file in list view (its just a text link in list view by default) so that it displays an image (eg a paperclip) instead of the text.

I know it must be put in the custom code bit. But not sure how the file is linked to
Oh and here is the screenshot of the table (unfinished) but thats how Id like the download button to appear (linking to the file uploaded in the add new record screen)
