ASPRunner doesn't always save on Finish!

I have had intermittent problems with ASPrunner not prompting to save work when I close or finish. I can't pinpoint exactly what causes it but seems to happen most frequently when I only make changes with visual editor or changes to events. This is not just a coincidence as it has happened often and initially I lost several days work through this problem so it is not trivial either. I now try save as often as I remember but still get caught out now and again.
Anyone else having this problem?

It happened to me too, hope this can help:
When I clicked save just to be safe and then continue working for a while, if you forgot to click save again and click finish or close the window only it didn't save all the new changes.
I don't know it is the same or not.

Auto-save every x minutes would be a nice feature or auto-save every step change.
