ASPRunner doesn't always save on Finish!

For the third time now I have lost hours of work because ASPRunner does not prompt to save work!! What is the problem with this system! I clicked on "finish" it just exists without prompting to save my work. I try to save regularly when I make changes but clicked on finish and bang it just exits, no prompt to save, nothing!! Most times it wll prompt to save but this is the third time it has happened so it's not a coincidence.....
