Help info for fields

Hello,

i would like to have a field (let's say 200 Characters) to put some info for help in Add/EDIT mask.

If there is a help text, PHPR should show a litte symbol directly beneath the caption of the field.

If I click on the help icon I will see the help text. (like the link more.... in big text fields)
