Weird Value on list page after you Add something

I have a simple problem I can find the solution for. When I add a relay event in my form it submits the number 2 into the database on the list page. I was just wondering if there was a place I could change on code in the HTML on my website to fix it.
I'm using build 212

Hi,
events code is stored in include\..._events.php file

You can change it there.

I've tried looking there and found nothing. I reloaded the HTML thinking it was a mistake I made and still nothing....is there anywhere else to look so I dont have to rebuild my whole project?
