I have looked and searched, but I can't find a "Delete Project" link. <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=question&id=4558&image=1&table=forumtopics' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':blink:' />

I have learn-test projects that I want to delete.

Use file manager to delete the project file maybe?

I would assume you would just delete the folder that the project is stored in if you want to get rid of it. This may not be the best way to do it, but it's how I have gotten rid of practice projects in the past.
