We are using the PRO version and we need to insert a lot of HTML. In order to make this easy we want to make the smallest versions of the ASPRunner programs as possible. )Even smaller than just not selecting all options)

Is it possible to create a new smaller template set that will still function normally in ASPRunner Pro or is there another way to acomplish getting smaller programs using ASPRunnerPro?

I'm not sure I undestand what is "smaller template set that will still function normally".
You can remove some functionality from tempalte files however I cannot guarantee everything gonna work after. Tell me more about what you trying to change.

Actually we are trying to replicate our website done in "Net.data" to ASP. At this point we want to slip in our HTML header and footer into the templates and then do our programming throught the generator. Is there a real good way to place this code?

yes, you just need to copy and paste HTML headers, footers and other code snippets using ASPRunner Template Editor.
