clickable link from Listpage to see full View page details

When people click on the "View" link on my list page it takes them to the full View full record details. That is good.
I want to change other links on my website to link to this same view page if people do not think to click on the view page. For example, a table might look like this below:
view car make car model year description

view honda accord 2008 this is a great car!

view toyota camry 2006 click here to view car details!
So people can click on the view link on the far left-side...

I want people to be able to click on the description links on the far right side
How can I do this?

just modify your page in Visual Editor.

Copy and Paste View link and change the text from "View" to "description"

that did not work for me, I tried to upload all pages and it did not work. When I changed the text from "VIEW" to "Description" - nothing changed on the uploaded project page.
any suggestions?

Scott,
you need to make all changes on the Visual Editor tab, rebuild your project and upload all files to the webserver.
Please make sure that you upload proper pages to the proper server.
