Error message when viewing table

When I go to view my transactions table (just click the link in the menu) I get the following error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ':' in /data/10/0/140/78/792404/user/811974/htdocs/904/include/Transaction_functions.php on line 679
I have tried to go through my settings and make sure that they are not wrong, but to no avail. If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it, it is the only thing holding my site back from going live.
