can not find b_menuItem

I'm getting a "Couldn't find element bMenuItem" message and all ASPRunner table data and work disappears. This happens as soon as I add the code to a dropdown field called "email" (contains email addresses).

Custom code in drop down is as follows (previously worked in ASPRunnerPro):

'<a href=mailto:' + email + '>' + email +'</a>'
After adding the code - and as soon as I click the edit page icon.... then the error "Couldn't find element bMenuItem" pops up etc....

If I click on the OK button in the error form, or anything else - this is when all work disappears.
Used to work when using ASPRunnerPro, but now that I'm using ASPRunnerPro 4.1 (build 174) - no work? <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=question&id=4288&image=1&table=forumtopics' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':huh:' />

Any Ideas?
