Quick Jump Question

On my quick jump drop down menu all tables are listed on some pages.
In my security section I have Users set to view only some tables. The table I have set to display first shows all tables listed in my DB but the users cant access the table. How I do I get rid of the tables in the quick jump that I dont want to show.
Example:
User: Quick Jump Menu
Order Form [ Set for Users ]
Repair Form [ Set for Users ]
Request 2 Purchase [ Set for Admin ] shown is quick jump menu
On the menu above all links are shown, but link set as Admin can't be accessed which is what I want but I also don't want it to be displayed.
The only time I don't see table set for Admin is when I go to another table on the User page, if I went to the Repair form on the quick jump, only the Users links are shown, Order Form & Repair Form.
How do I get only the User links shown in the quick jump menu link on the first page shown?

Larry,
looks like you changed the page layout a lot before enabling user-group permissions.
Try to reset your List page in Visual Editor to hide restricted tables from Quick Jump box.

I think there might be a problem with making changes to the HTML page using visual editor. I did what you said then uploaded the changes and it worked, but when I went back to make the page look the way I want the restricted tables came back.
It seems the only time the restricted tables are not shown is if I reset the page then upload as is, I can't go back and make any changes to the pages without the restricted tables showing up on the jump menu.
