I wrote and application with ASPRunner 4.0 where the type of document that uploads is an HTML file. When the file is opened, it opens on top. So the user has to click on the browser back button. The issue here is that the ASPRunner program loads inside of a frameset. So the browser won't take them back just one step. It goes all the way back to the site hope page. Is there a way to force the document to open in a new window?
