Isolating calls to CSS stylesheets

I am currently using ASPRunner 4. 1 (Build 164) to build pages. I'm using a site-wide header and footer for the pages, and I'm running into display conflicts when using the "display master table" in my detail list page. I thought initially that it was due to conflicts between the style sheets for the header and content pages, but all other pages are displaying correctly.
Example:

[indent]I need the master table information displayed on the detail list page. When I click on the link for the "detail" list on the master view page, the detail page displays the master table information above as it should. However, the master table information is displaying on top of or below (in the same space) as my included header.[/indent]
