time in datepicker

When the option is checked to show time in datepicker, the time displayed is in world time, as in 1500. The list displays as the time appears in the database, which is like 3:00 PM. Personally I have no iaaue with this for my uae because I am familiar with world time. But, here in the US, many people are not. Can the time in the calendar picker be changed? If so, how?

Right now this is not possible.
