Lookup tables in 4.1

I have multiple Master-Detail Tables one of these tables I have set up on the ADD and edit pages Lookup tables the depend on another tables id column. When I do this the "advanced search" page no longer works.
It works fine in ASPRunner 4.0
Is there something new I need to do?
