Cannot launch application

I am running WindowsXP SP2 with all patches and ASPRunnerPro 4.1.
When I launch the app, nothing happens. I receive an hourglass for a couple of seconds, then nothing. There are no errors in the event logs, and watching Task Manager shows the app loading, then closing immediately.
I have uninstalled and installed the latest version, with the same resluts.

Ttry the following:

  1. Proceed to Start->Settings->Control panel->System.
  2. On the Advanced tab, under Performance, click Settings.
  3. On the Data Execution Prevention tab, use one of the following procedures: Click "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only"
  4. Click OK two times.
    Run ASPRunnerPro again to see if it runs okay.
