Problem with 4.1 Build 147

I just converted a project built usin 4.0 to version 4.1.147 and I am experiencing the following issue.
At random I will click "edit" on an entry and I will get the following message:
Microsoft VBScript compilation error '800a0409'
Unterminated string constant
/libs/smarty.asp, line 231
I also get this sometimes when using the "add new" link.
Goes anyone have any ideas? I have read the project upgrade document, I believe this may have something to do with the change to the "Getrequestform" string, but I am not sure how to fix it.

Please download the latest ASPRunnerPro build where this issue was fixed.
