Print friendly on A6

I tried to print a single record using friendly print (ver 4.1). I changed to look via the visual editor and get a nice small image to fit on A6 paper, however printing it always gives a header line with the program name and page 1 of 1 and a footer with http:/www..... and a date.

How do I get rid of these lines as the screw up my membership card that I try to print.
Als there are always double lines on each field in the record, that I can't get rid of, I checked the border setting, which is 0, but do not seem the be able to set borders on a single field.

Han,
click Files->Page setup in your Internet Explorer.

Then clear Header and Footer fields.
I'm not sure what double lines you are talking about.

Please show me a screenshot where I can see this lines.

Post the screenshot here or send to support@xlinesoft.com

ASPRunnerPro adds a thin line around each each cell so cell borders are visible when you print the page.
The second set of lines you have added in visual editor. Just set borders to none in table properties.
