In 3.1 build 151 if a user attempts to save an added record with a REQUIRED field that has not been entered, the error message returned uses the field's database name rather than the user friendly name that has been assigned through the visual editor (what the user sees on the add screen).
This can be very confusing to the user to try and figure out which of the required fields the message is actually about.
