Just installed PHPRUNNER 3.1 - Unable to publish error

Hi,
I just completed the installation of PHPRUNNER 3.1 onto a different directory from 3.0.
When I am publishing onto the webserver i get the following error on an existing working project under 3.0.
The web userid has write permissions to the temp directory as well... hummm
PHP error happened

Hi,
the templates_c folder nust be writeable on your webserver.
Just grant your web user write permissions on this folder.

I am getting this error and this is not working. It used to work but it doesn't now.

Panic over - I have just reset the permissions again and restarted IIS and it now works again.
