During a projects development I like to keep seperate versions between modifications.

In Step 12 I am able to create a new output directory for my files.

But the project file retains the same name and overwrites the original.

I know it is possible to copy and rename the project file outsider of PHP Runner but from within the software would be great.

Paul,
in the PHPRunner 3.1 project file is associated with output and virtual directory. So it's impossible to use one project file for different directories.

You can copy old project file to the new directory and then create new project.
