ASPRunnerPro General questions

Question1: I'm using ASPRunner 4.0. I have email set up properly, and it works fine if the user enters a valid email address for his username when registering. However, if he chooses a username that is not a valid email address, then he sees an error. (He was registered okay, he is just seeing the error that a mail could not be sent). How can I force him to enter a valid email address as his username on the Register page? Thanks!
Question2: Can I also force the user to enter a 'strong' password when he registers (has to be a mimimum length, has to contain both numbers and letters)?
Thank you!

I recommend you to use ASPRunnerPro 4.1 where you can add email validation on the Register page.
To force use use a strong password you can use BeforeRegistration event where you can check if password is strong enough and display a message on the web page.

I downloaded ASPRunner 4.1, but I don't see any differences from 4.0 regarding this (how to require a user to enter a valid email address as his username when registering). I don't see where you can add email validation on the Register page. Will you please help?
PS. ASPRunner 4.1 would not accept my unlock code. I just bought 4.0 in September. Will the upgrade to 4.1 be free for me?
Thanks!

ASPRunnerPro 4.1 will be a free upgrade for all ASPRunnerPro customers who purchased less than one year ago.
In ASPRunnerPro proceed to visual editor, proceed to Register page and double-click on email field. Set validate type to Email.
