Resizing Row Height in Visual Editor - How?

Here is a screenshot of a portion of an Add Record in Visual Editor. Notice that I've created 2 columns of data with the first column being a description of each line.
My question is how do I change the height of the "Description" rows to equal the height of the actual record inputs? These were the default heights created by PHPRunner 3.1. I tried to use the visual editor to decrease the size but I cannot get the height change to work in the Visual Editor sizing via the mouse.

Thanks for the help.

You will probably get it right by adding / changing code on the HTML side of the visual editor, but it's a mission, and knowledge of HTM (and tables) are issential.
When wanting to merge right or down, the whole design is also messed up sometimes. The only way to correct this is to reset the page as the undo function does not work on all table actions (pitty). Obviously, after resetting the page, all changes are lost (and the time doing it).
I think the Visual editor has a lot that can be improved. (I've given some ideas to Support already). But let's face it. The developers and support has done a lot already <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=reply&id=11470&image=1&table=forumreplies' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' /> (Applaud!!!) and I know they'll be working hard to improve the Visual Editor.
I've moved from another program and although there are some improvements I'd like to see in 3.1, the stability and basically no crashes (the other had a lot) made the move worth the effort, time and $$.

Adding the EXCELLENT support (Applaud!!!!!), I'm a happy chappy. I always get quick response, snippet code to resolve issues, and help (even when it was my stupidity)!
Play around withthe visual editor and make some backups (save as) of the project from time to time if you are afraid of losing valuable costomised projects.

you could have just bumped this one to the top, instead of posting again, that way lies madness and mayhem. <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=reply&id=11516&image=2&table=forumreplies' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

Sorry, I did not know that was possible. I became concerned that my inquiry was overlooked when 7 other posts subsequent to mine were addressed but mine was not.
Thanks.
