What is the compatibility of PHPRunner with PHP 5.x and MySQL 5.0?
I am thinking of upgrading my server and don't want to break any applications I create with PHPRunner.

PHPRunner applications are compatible with both PHP 5 and MySQL 5.
After you upgrade to PHP 5 make sure default timezone is set in php.ini:
