Supertop example breaks when no search fields are selected

Hello:
Love the look of enclosing all output in a centered table X pixels wide as documented in:
http://www.xlinesoft.com/phprunner/articles/supertop.htm
However, if no search fields are chosen (meaning the search portion of the page is not generated) it appears that an extra /table must be being incorrectly generated as the enclosing table started in supertop.html gets terminated early before the data is listed (leaving all of the data outside the supertop.htm enclosing table).
