I am not able to edit my project using vs 2005 Pro. , it would be perfect if you can have this option -

ASPRunner.NET 3.0 fully support VS 2005 (asp.net 2.0)
To open ASPRunner.NET generated project from Visual Studio 2005 use File->Open->Web Site

Choose Web Site that you need and click open.
