Fixed in this update:

• fixed two factor authentication settings resetting if Email option is not enabled;
• fixed Connect using PHP option returning only first 500 tables;
• fixed Dashboard - Map - custom code in marker selection option;
• updated Google Maps integration, no more warnings in console;
