Wrong user name shown at top-right after login

We have an application that uses database security and dynamic permissions. It's all been working fine and still does, however occaisionally after successful login the home screen (menu page) is shown with the wrong username at the top-right. The options on the menu pagfe and the left-hand menu are for that displayed user and not mine. When I click the dashboard (which should be the landing page) it shows my dashboard and the username at the top-right is then correct. For that session anytime I click the "home" icon it shows the wrong menu page and wrong username. I'm not sure where to look for a cause/solution since I believe this is all handled by the built-in PHPRunner code and not something I have coded.

Any ideas?

I have seen this once. The issue was related to a specific proxy server that our customer's client used and it was mixing users once in a while the way you just described.

If this is the case, this is not something you can fix in PHPRunner.

Thanks Sergey, I guess this would be the hosting company proxy server?

No, it was something that the client's company were using to access Internet.
