Version 11 Import

I am currently on the latest version of PHP runner.
I have a file that I import and it works when i run it on my machine after Build Project and I am able to View it in my computer browser.
But when i place it on my IIS server and do the same thing, import the file does not bring the file in the grid.

I am not sure if its permission and if it is where do I check that?

Any advice please?
