Image not showing on edit page

I have added an image to my table. It's a longblob. When I add the record it adds the image to the record. I can see it in SQLYog when I look at the record.

However inf my edit page of my app, I only see this.

I have tried with and with lightbox, no thumbnails, etc, but that's all I get.

I have also tried Chrome and Edge.

Any ideas?
