Second List Page not Generating

I have two list pages. I am using a popup to show the second one.

The second one has no menu and different columns in the list.

but when I show the list it has a menu and the same fields as the first list page.

I think it's because it doesn't actually generate a second list page.

I have to reference it list this:

contents_list.php?page=list1

Instead of contentsd_list1.php

Can I force PHPR to create the list1.php file?
