Version 11 update.

This update applies to both single developer and multi-developer editions of the software. If you use MultiDev edition of PHPRunner or ASPRunner.NET, we recommend reinstalling both server and client parts.

Fixes:

• Mac version is now compatible with x64 (Intel) architecture;
• fixed Sync Database feature; If you can't sync, do project export and then Project -> 'Save and rebuild project structures'.
• added Project -> 'Save and rebuild project structures' option, which is identical to Export -> Import project;
• multiuser version: fixed event changes not saving in some cases;
• multiuser version: fixed import not working after changing DevServer connection parameters;
• multiuser version: added indication of locked tables in the table list;
