Add default filter control value

I think for searching I am going to setup filtering for my users.

So on the parts list page, I will want to show all active parts when the user first opens the list page.

I would like the Active column to be filtered automatically when the user opens the list page. It would be nice to show the Active column that it's filtered, just as if I manually did it.
