Version 11 update.

This update applies to both single developer and multi-developer editions of the software. If you use MultiDev edition of PHPRunner or ASPRunner.NET, we recommend reinstalling both server and client parts.

• wizard performance improvements, especially in projects with a lot of custom files;
• Events screen performance improvements;
• fixed 'Add Custom View' sometimes adding multiple links to the menu;
• fixed DB API in .NET, didn't work with multiple connections, worked slowly with single one;
• fixed Project Settings table creation, 'wrong primary key' error in some databases;
• fixed Gauge charts errors - no lower boundary applied, inverted order when multiple chart series shown;
• fixed Label column width on Fields screen;
• REST API - table parameter now accepts names without schema name, 'dbo.' etc;
• .NET - fixed Chinese and other characters dislaying in build error log;
